Flute ClubsNational Flute Association (NFA)
This USA-wide organization unites flutists in annual conventions, new compositions for modern flute, and insight from professional flutists. Membership includes access to a nationwide teacher directory, quarterly news, and reduced convention rates. Raleigh Area Flute Association (RAFA) RAFA is comprised of flutists in the Central NC area, including a network of teachers, students, dealers, and shops. Season events include local competitions, concerts, masterclasses and workshops, and lasting friendships. As a board member I highly recommend joining RAFA - even if you are just a flute enthusiast! |

The Music Interactive (TMI)
Are you more of a techie when it comes to your music theory practice? This is a great place to look! Click through to download Staff Wars, a note reading game that makes learning the lines and spaces fun and easy in any clef - just take it from my students!
Chapel Hill School of Musical Arts
This is the studio where I work part-time in Chapel Hill. I teach two evenings a week in 30, 45, or 60-minute blocks. Your lesson registration also entitles you to studio classes, recitals, workshops, guest artist lectures, and more! I also do some school visits around the area, so look for me in your band class!
